I began writing this while watching fluffy flurries coming down on a Friday afternoon in March and it definitely brought back some warm feels and not just because of the weather that day, but because of these two cuties! Rachel and Neil are super down-to-earth, kind and carefree humans. Their wedding day was such a delight from watching Rachel getting ready upstairs to their first look. Witnessing the anticipation on Rachel’s face as she got closer to Neil to almost being able to hear Neil’s heartbeat race as he heard his wifey-to-be approaching is by far one of my favorite moments — that of pure elation.
Now for the venue, Bridge 410 is definitely a gem and one of our favorite venues in the city. First off, who doesn’t love a disco ball? The upstairs lounge area has some cute antique pieces like a vintage cigarette dispenser and Coca-Cola machine. And we were loving the exposed brick throughout the space and the spiral staircase outside! The outdoor area has an old Chicago vibe to it from the industrial accents and the train behind the venue which at no point caused a noise disturbance, but rather made a cool backdrop. Not to mention the friendly staff. If you’re looking for a space with character and style, we hands down would recommend our friends at Bridge 410. They will take care of you while helping you put together the wedding of your dreams. Thank you to all the awesome humans that came together to make R + N’s day so special.
